I had my eyelashes done by someone who does them at home their own home, and unfortunately the eyelash glue reacted pretty bad. (She was using a cheap Chinese brand)
I called Noir and asked what to do in a panic because my eyes were so red and and swollen!
Alyssa ( I hope I spelled that right) Told me to come in right away, even though she was fully booked, she removed them safely and so fast without wrecking any of my natural lashes DURING HER LUNCH BREAK!! She was super knowledgeable about lashes and the product dos and don'ts. I will be coming in to get my full set soon from her for now on.

I'm really surprised by all the negative reviews. I've been here twice now, had the same nice blonde lady (sorry I forget her name) and the experience was awesome, nothing bad. My lashes lasted 3.5 weeks before I decided it was time for a fill, and even then they still looked fine. I will continue to be a client. Quality, quick, fairly priced.

I have been to get my lashes done now 4 times and am quite surprised at the other reviews. I am in love with my lashes as well as the staff. This my splurge on me and so happy I discovered it. I find the salon to be clean and inviting, the staff are always wonderful and listen to what I have to say.
I would definitely recommend this salon to any one who is looking to gives lashes a try. You will be in good hands with the staff at this salon.

Worst eyelash extension place ever. Really bad attitude. Really bad technic. The fake lashes were sticked too close to my eyelid which makes my eyes hurt everytime I open my eyes. They offer me a free refill, but I will never go back there ever again.

I was happy with Noir for years, but recently the morgan crossing location is just awful.
The staff is borderline rude, and very inconsistent. Once you find someone you like it's like they never work again.
My lashes are seriously damaged after The last set ,not to mention the tech smelled like cigarettes barley disguised with gum and bad perfume. Half my lashes are broken off halfway. Their removal process has always been dreadful and I usually let them fall out naturally.
Will definitely be trying somewhere else from now on, or swearing off falsies for good, the damage isn't worth it.
