I was in on Friday with a big event that was planned weeks ahead of time and even recommended this place to my colleagues as I come here often with my family. The wait staff were rude and miserable to everyone in the party. Comments were made about keeping the noise down because this was a "restaurant", refused to take a food order from one co-worker because the kitchen was backed up, put a family with small children in the area that was reserved for the party which took away from the seats that were supposed to be reserved for the party. This was not a surprise to them. They knew weeks ahead of time about the event and that it could potentially be noisy because of the nature of the event. One co-worker was not getting service at the table so she went to the bar and they refused to serve her at the bar and was told to go back to her table and wait for her wait staff. Not 1 person out of 40 people had anything nice to say and turned what was supposed to be an annually fun evening out with co-workers into a miserable night. I called and spoke to a manager prior to recommending this place and was told that you have numerous events held here such as sport teams and that it was not an issue to be a little loud at times and that you would have more wait staff on. Very disappointed!!!

The food tastes amazing and great customer service. Also the place looks nice. I recommend going here to dine in.
