Taoranju is the story of a food who started cooking spicy river snails in his farm and got so popular grow to large chain restaurants all over China's major cities.
Their dishes are combinations of traditional Sichuan cuisines plus enhanced farmer's cooking. Which gives foodies some unique combinations and flavors that can't be found in regular Sichuan restaurants.
