An excellent hotel, the second best in Limasol after the neighbouring "Four Seasons" (with which it now forms the same group). To my mind, it has everything one could possibly require while on vacation in Cyprus. The staff is courteous and helpful, with this generally not being feigned but rather very sincere. The cuisine is very good and diverse, the cooks having proved on several occasions to be capable of preparing an out-of-menu meal exactly according to my requests.
One drawback, though, which in my case proved "fatal" - the omnipresent kids! The hotel provides some kind of incentive for those traveling with kids, so, although I had been warned about the issue beforehand, their number was just way beyond my expectations. And kids, you know, behave like the ones, i.e. they cry, shout and run. Don't get me wrong: to cry, shout and run is, as James T. Kirk would say, "a normal function" of a child, and not many of us were too different when we were small. However, if you, like myself, value quietness, then this hotel is probably not for you.
Still, I don't have the heart to deduct a single point. On Cyprus scale - a solid five-star hotel!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this impressive 5 star hotel-modern,spacious,clean and beds comfortable.reception staff efficient,all staff well organised, extremely helpful and friendly-food very good and lots of choice of freshly cooked food.Must give special mention to these exceptional staff Evangelia,Eleptheria and Antigoni as they made our holiday special.I would recommend this hotel and will certainly return.The best all inclusive we've experienced.

Great hotel with excellent facilities and staff. Lovely garden area looking out to sea. Some lovely bars and restaurants. Our second visit!

One of the best hotels I have ever been too. Worth every single penny! The service is out of this world the location is amazing! The hotels beach and pools are extremely well maintained, the prices of food and drinks are reasonable and on a very high level ( recommend you try the cocktails) when they heard my father had a birthday they brought a chocolate cake and a full bottle of champagne not charging a single dime!!! (We didn't even tell them it was his birthday) is you ever plan to go to Cyprus do yourself a huge favor and COME HERE!
