Dr. Payano is skilled at what he does and cares about his patients. He fit me in when I was visiting on a cruise ship. Great cleaning. He did extensive work on my wife's teeth to reconstruct her missing teeth. Much more reasonable that in the US. Look beyond the surroundings to the skill level and service.
