Poor massage with non experienced girl. Time non respected shorter than what it wasbooked. Expensive for thé quality of the testament!

A delightful experience! Very friendly staff, the steam room is wonderful with special features. I had a great back massage from a lovely and competent masseuse and came out feeling relaxed and pampered from the beautiful soaps and scented oils.
Excellent value for money. Recommended.

Super rushed massage - they charged me for 60 minutes but the whole session lasted only 45. I think she exfoliated me for about 3 minutes before wandering off to talk to the next clients (it was supposed to be 15). The massage strokes were much too fast, which made my muscles sore rather than relaxed. And on top of it all, they made me wear these ridiculous gossamer trunks in both the steam room and on the massage table: only body work I've ever received where clothing was required.

If you want a great hammam massage in Europe, check out Spa Gouda in Holland. Or, go give the lady at Gialiskari Beach 40 EUR and get a massage on the beach that I'm sure would have been much nicer than this one.

Friendly staff. I've gone here for years and always been treated kindly and with respect and professionally. Clean and great decor. Good prices.

I've gone here repeatedly and I've always had the best experiences. The staff is so nice and accommodating. I seriously recommend going here if you're anywhere near Xania (Chania)
