I cannot describe the whole expereince anything other than stunning. My friends and I sampled a special taster menu Sam and head chef Hayden designed. Accompanied with wines it was a truly marvellous experience. I couldn't recommend The Hook enough. Thank you Sam and team for another wonderful evening.

I had the opportunity to attend the Hook to try out their new tasting menu paired with wine. From the get-go the service was impeccable and extremely attentive. Sam and his team were able to deliver not only exceptional food, but also well balanced wines to accompany us on the journey through their menu. Favourite dish, well that was hard to say, all had their own character and flavours but I would say it would have to be the pigeon, or the foie gras sushi, or the piper's farm meat feast.... well pretty much all of it! Thank you Sam and the team again, if anyone else has the opportunity to try this out, you will not be disappointed!

Sam organised a wine pairing menu for us and I can't recommend it enough. We started off upstairs in the Sling for a glass of bubbles and canapés and then down to the main restaurant for the remainder of the courses and multiple glasses of wine. The food was cooked to perfection and Sam's knowledge of the wines was excellent. The service in there was, as always, to an extremely high and happy standard! Thank you!! I look forward to the next visit!

If you want a great variety of excellent sushi then this is the place.
The staff of very friendly and competent.
The top level bar if also a nice place to have a party after diner.
