Never ever book on Drivezy .. they will loot you by showing policy .. I made a big mistake by booking in Drivezy . While I arrived to the location with my original driving license . They asked for another govt id proof to take the vehicle. Not able to understand is driving license is not a govt id proof .. am I printing driving license on my own ...they cancelled my booking and also took back 15 percent of the booking money
It's not to be sorry pathetic service... Gunda service .. looting money from people by showing fault in policy .. who gave you power to steal my money ..

Waste service.. Vehicle brakes will not work.. All the reviews given with positive reviews are mostly from their drivezy team.. Previously they had just ride name.. Which is completely worst service and b coz of that reason they changed a name drivezy.. Even the owner is a money minded person... You may see the reply from the response from the owner but just to impress the customers... Charged extra, 5000rs.. Only fine for ride extension... They will stick the customers blood... Stupid people...

TOTAL Rip Off! Gives you a faulty car even though you make them know of it. Eventually gets stuck in middle of nowhere, makes 10-15 calls to the customer care and gets worst solutions. And when by their talks get it to a service center by our own costs with a guarantee that it will be reimbursed. Got back with all the guarantees. "CHEATED" us by saying the faulty gear was because of our fault(keep in mind we notified them about the issue before the trip- they said while on journey it will be alrght).
Customer care will tell you all the lies till they back stab you by saying you owe them instead of getting reimbursed. The cunning ploy of every management inorder to increase the profits instead of quality. Please don't ever opt for this service. Had used ZOOM CAR AND ZIP CARS, they were much more responsible and reimbursements were all done with a similar experiences. It s a trap waiting for all the newbies in using this services. PLEASE LOOK BEFORE YOU LEAP- as this leap would be the most costliest!

Vehicle maintenance are not up to mark. We booked couple of time. Its not clean at all.
For first booking driver side rear view mirror is broken. They asked us to get repaired and will reimbursed back. If we have to repair than why we go with rented vehicle to waste our time and money. And to not maintained the car reason is back to back booking.
Second time vehicle is not clean at all. We ask to clean the vehicle. But drivezy very annoyance your fleet clean the half of the vehicle and ask us to take.
Why Drivezy allow the broken vehicle for booking?
