The hotel is well decorated and staff are very helpful.
The food that i tried didn't excite me to a such extend but i have to say the quality of the food is of top quality and feels like home cooked food.In all the hotel is completely hygienic and feels like home

Hopeless service served Rotten wine and manager Kaushik have no courtesy and don't know how to talk with regular customer since 6 years visiting HHI but this time horrible experience spoiled Birthday party

I don't know what people say about this hotel, but I'm staying here for the first time and it definitely the last time.
No doubt about the luxury hotel it is, everything is just as expensive as its luxury. But the services here are so poor as I thought it's 1 or 2 star hotel.
The water had some dust and small articles that unaccepted here. When came down to complain, there's not even a manager there but just some one incharged with a promise to check and change the room. Definitely this hotel is not in good maintenance.
