Good hotel. Nice staff. Everything fine, excluding one. Ask for drinking water, they forget to deliver. You have to ask again.

Professional management and staff, good location 10 mins walk from Rabindra Sadan Metro. My room was a bit small but bathroom was very spacious. Good food, though slightly expensive. I did not have an Indian cellphone no., So they would call the Ola every time for me. Overall, quite positive experience during my stay of 19 days. Laundry service needs to be better though.

Worst service experienced ao far: 1: I booked room by OYO. And it was like they have changed the room. The room was very small. No refrigerator, locker, iron. Not even tea-kettle. And the price for 1 night was around 4500 bucks. 2: The girl at the reception was rude and kinda frustrated. But the guys in afternoon were atleast good to handle with. 3: The ceiling was dripping because of rain in many parts of hotel. 4: During our stay, there was a theft-incident by staff in a room. He admitted the act. 5: I travelled with my parents, Even for water you need to call room-service multiple time, And even after that only 1 bottle for 3 people. No common sense at all. 6: There were spots on towel. The only good thing for which I gave 1 star was location of hotel. Many tourist places are in vicinity. As a genuine reviewer I would suggest you to go at this hotel when you have only road to stay overnight.

Good Hotel. Staff behave are really good. There room service and restaurant service are also good. but sometime they take too much time to delivery drinking water.
