This place has given me a horrible experience for someone who is going for a spa treatment for the first time. All the things that were used for the massage had a pungent and unbearable smell. From the sheets to the towel and the massage table as well as the bathroom. Considering a big banner such as 'Influence' and having a branch is Nugambakkam, this place is a massive disappointment. I wish i could give less than one star. The person giving the massage didn't know what she was doing. I think its time people give honest reviews about such places so others don't get fooled.
So for people who are reading reviews and trying new places, i think you are reading the right one.

Availed the offer of the month..was a great relaxing experience. The staff were friendly, efficient and professional. The attention to detail in every way was impressive and I can't wait until we next get to visit.
