First of all, hard to find the store. No navigation provided inside the complex.
The service agent was not able to communicate/explain properly.
No communication received when my product arrived after repair. I had to call them every time to get the status.
Only plus point - my product got repaired finally.

It is basically a gionee service centre .
I hated it because of its worst staff service .
I was told lie by them related to my phone accessories and i found that by cross checking with the gionee company
