Beryan (بریان) is the traditional food of city which has root in about 4 century ago. There are several branch of this brand(Azam) in Isfahan and all of them have an acceptable quality. There are some other perfect beryani (the restaurant where have Beryan) like Shad, Golestan etc. although they are not as well known as Azam

Traditional biryani from Isfahan has nothing to do with the Gulf version. It is simply delicious here. If you want to try traditional local food, it is a good choice.
