I have been training in educo gym Eccles street for a number of years I find it fantastic in every way. For building muscle to keep me strong and for focused in my every day life.the trainers stay with you while you are doing your training workout to make sure you are doing it correctly. They encourage you to push yourself more than if you were training in another gym on your own I look forward to going to the gym because when I finish i feel I'm ready for the day.
