Usually full during peak hours, which is rather unpleasant because the customer service area is small. Upstairs is nice but if unoccupied is as frigid as the alps. Food is always good. Service could be better.

Very slow service and overall customer service isn't the best. You do have cashier's and other members of staff that are pleasant but for the most part they aren't very customer friendly. The speed of service is also poor. Since there is no legal parking in a financial district where so many prospective customers drive I can't give this restaurant more than 2 keeping everything in mind.

Very tastey and delicious chicken meals good amount, will try again on next visit.

They need to have at least 3 cashiers on duty consistently. Almost always a exceedingly long, snaking line. Having the 2 or 1 cashier working cashing and packing orders dose not work. Most of the staff are terse, dour and impersonal.
