Worth a trip if you want a good burger.
Everything is made fresh to order, with the exception of beer and pop.
The beer selection isn't great, but it is good enough for your meal.
The staff was exceptionally well mannered and helpful.

Best hamburgers in the Tenjin area. 100% beef. Many other side dishes. On Fridays you get all you can eat on fries and beers are 2 x 1.

Hungry Heaven is a quality burger place in downtown Fukuoka. They have a big selection of burgers on their menu including all the classics and a few interesting variants like the curry burgers.
I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and added avocado. Overall the burger was tasty; the bacon was thick and the toppings were fresh. However, I was a little disappointed with the beef patty. It was thinner than I was expecting and a little dry; this is the primary reason I docked a star.
In addition to the burger I ordered the large fries side dish. The fries were really good. I would describe them as freakishly similar to the taste of McDonald's fries
On a final note the staff was friendly despite us being a rather large group of foreigners. They also let us pay separately which took a minute, but was very helpful.

Good burgers, priced mid range. They are friendly and have an English menu if you ask. Burgers actually look like their photos on the menu
