Maybe it's just me, but the tomatoe broth was just alright. Everything else was fine, and the gyoza was tasty.

Novelty ramen specializes in tomato soup base. You can customize your bowl with other options like cheese, eggplant, etc.
Not really a fan of tomato personally, but the execution is pretty decent. Wife would come again (tomato is my nemesis).
