Very huge mall with a lot of shops for both genders. There is bic camera for the electronics and daily necessities. There is uniqlo. There is also nameco to play some games. There are a lot of restaurants at the top floor to chill at once you're done shopping

Great place for shopping for the middle-class like me. UNIQLO, Bic Camera, LOFT, CAN DO (100yen shop) and more. Food court has MOS Burger, Kentucky fried chicken, udon restaurat, soup store serving various soups. A MUST if visiting sapporo station.

Well, here is the best eat in food selection with food court.
If you shop at the above Bic Camera, you can eat as a king.
At Esta you get 2 hours free parking if you consume above 2000 yen.

The ESTA building next to Sapporo station contains a variety of stores on 11 floors plus the usual basement "food experience". Since the entire underground around the station is an interconnected shopping mall, the ESTA building can be accessed from this basement as well as the ground floor and several upper floors where connections to the adjacent building exist. BIC camera (a large electronics store) occupies the first four floors. Above it is an assortment of fashion (Uniqlo for example) and other shops like home utensil boutique Loft. The top floors host an assortment of restaurants. It's not just the BIC Camera building, lots of other shopping can be done here, too.
As others have noted, the elevators are slow and overwhelmed in this building. For most floors it is simply faster to take the escalators (even to 8th floor and up).
