Good variety of dishes and meats but the staff are not so professional. They seemed to be enjoying talking between themselves, gossiping, talking about costumers in their own language. You don't have to understand words when you can read their body language. WHEN YOU LOOK AT YOUR CUSTOMERS, smile and be gentle. They are the reason why you get a salary.
I understand the cultural point that Brazilians like to talk, but the staff at tucano were not professional at all.
Let's talk about price. Too expensive. Yes, it's central Tokyo, but it could be a little cheaper.
I've been to many places to eat churrasco because I love beef and I can tell you, there are better places charging half of that.

Good churasco but maybe stick to their lunches, service is subpar and there are better places.
