Very nice sukiyaki dinner (we took the mid-priced set menu, which included beautifully presented cold appetisers and a small tasting dessert as well as sukiyaki). We got lucky finding this place using the "GURUNAVI" app, as we were in Ginza and just felt like having beef for dinner. We had no reservation but they found us a table with no wait (it was a Monday evening about 8pm). They have menus in English, the waiting staff all spoke a little English, and were happy to demonstrate how to cook the sukiyaki as we'd never done it before! It is pretty pricey, but I think probably worth it for what you get.

Poor service and terrible attitude ( rude) towards customers which is a rare experience in japan. Not worth the price regardless.

Went with family and we had shabu-shabu and yakiniku. Both types of beef were very delicious with reasonable price. Appetizers and other dishes were tasty and well-presented. Service was great though English might be a little hard for the staff there.
