I dont`t know which shop this exactly is, but there are a few left over below the train rails. There used to be a bit more, but those have given up their place to Atre. Which of course looks better, but lost its feelings. Inside those little stores you have some stairs to the 2nd floor which has one of my favorite second hand shops! Go upstairs and see lots of interesting collectibles!

Tonnes of components. Prices are comparable to buying single components online but you have the convenience of getting things that day. Plus it's such a great atmosphere!

AKA the Akihabara dungeon. Check out the shops at the top floor. The stairs are difficult to find but really worth it.

If you want to see some recycled electronics parts, definitely the place to go, it's very interesting.
Not really any bargains there though, you could order similar parts new for the same price or a fraction more but you would have to pay shipping and it wouldn't be as much fun ;)
