Don't consider this place just another rip-off restaurant located in a modern hotel. It's rather the oppositeーtraditional Japanese cuisine served artistically and with great hospitality. Every piece in the course from sashimi to season's specialities is served at its full potential. Tell them beforehand if you want to avoid certain ingredients.
