It has always been a prestigious shopping mall, but all that is dying real quickly. Empty shelves, low traffic and poor quality services. More needs doing if its going back to its former glory.

No longer a 24 hour supermarket! Went there recently at around 11pm and the place was closed. The same applied to the Nakumatt Moi Avenue branch. Luckily, I found that Karrymart Downtown opened 24 hours. Nakumatt has really gone down in the recent past and only God knows if it will survive. We hope for the best...

My go to Nakumatt because its close to my home and is open 24 hours. Its been stocked out lately so haven't been there for a while.

The place is great. However, it seems Nakumatt is going through a bit of a rough patch thus a lot of the obscure items they use to have are absent. I can't give the place 4 stars because of this.

Poorly stocked. You may or may not find what you are looking for. Life not as before. Still good that its 24hrs
