Excellent place to stay cheap and excellent views. Perfect location is right opposite KL tower. From my room i had views of the twin towers (15min walk) and 10mins from the shopping center (pavilion if im not mistaken)

Great location, but not five star.
We stayed here for 3 nights, and the location was great. The lobby was really nice too. The staff were polite and professional. The pool area as nice and offered a fantastic view.
The room could have been cleaner and the furnishings are due for a revamp. The lifts were also a bit slow.
Overall we had a good stay but dont have five star expectations if you choose this hotel.

Room: Superior single bedroom, was reluctant on booking the premier suites. The older tower is much larger as compared to the newer tower. However the older tower is very dated and definitely needs to be refurnished. The kitchenette is lacking of kitchenware, only 1 teaspoon is provided for 2 tea cups?. Even then, the teaspoon is not properly cleaned and has a sticky residue. Fridge is empty but its cold. TV Channels are definitely lacking, mostly only local channels. NO HBO?!
Location: Very remote location, not within close proximity to any food stalls or night markets. There is a convenience store at the Ground level of the tower.
Service: Definitely not up to par as a 5 star hotel. Check in wasn't smooth at all. Upon arrival, saw a long queue at the reception area. Little did i know there were two reception counters. The other counter was totally empty and the staff just stood there with little to no interest on assisting to clear the queue to ensure guest have a smooth check in. Could definitely sense how Westerners receive better treatment. Expired Spa Voucher on Room Desk.
Overall: Definitely not the worst stay, but Pacific Regency Suites definitely has not meet the standards of 3-Star hotels much less to say the 5-Star hotels I've patronize.
Only best part is Shuttle bus to Menara KL is right by the doorstep of the hotel and Thai Paradise is definitely a must visit to pamper yourself. I'll definitely look elsewhere whenever i visit KL

A perfect hotel, no negative points! The service, the room and the location were just perfect and we have spent a wonderful journey there.
The swimming pool is amazing with a beautiful view on the Petronas Twins Towers.

Nice hotel, huge pleasant rooms for reasonable price. close to KL tower and city center all at walking distance. Great pool, Luna bar and view from the roof! One tip for you: if you stay there and go out for a walk you better take a lift down to the basement floor and walk out from the backyard and the same way back to hotel! this is much easier than through the main entrance which is on the high heel side and its hard climb there if not by taxi)))
