Digging bare-handedly into my melt-in-your-mouth pulled pork ciabatta whilst AC/DC's Thunderstruck was playing (yes, because we finally have a metalhead chef on the island) is an experience I need to go through again. The key lime pie for dessert is a very valid reason to pile on weight. The place is impeccably clean. Staff is friendly and efficient and oh but I do have one complaint. I don't live in Malta so it will take me a few years to eat everything on that menu gaddammit.

Very friendly staff and the food is delicious as well. It is quite a new concept (diner style) for the Maltese Islands but this place is well equipped and worth it.

New chef from Canada here now. And he's bought with him some unique recipes. Had the prawn gumbo , it's was amazing. So much taste to the sauce, lots of meat mixed in to add texture and flavour. Portions are huge , typical American size. Well done. Keep up the good work.
