I am now in love with Pilates thanks to our wonderful instructor. This is an expat friendly Pilates studio, The participants are friendly and nice. Trainer speakers in English and Dutch. We work quite hard but it is nice and you get your motivation from the atmosphere in the room. I recommend this to anyone!
