I have had the good fortune to be looked after by the team at Accelerate for longer than I can remember. Nothing has been too much trouble, particularly in respect of accommodating some of our "outside the box" requirements. Worthy of special mention is Elaine Botha; not only has she been diligently proactive in respect of suggested improvements, she has also demonstrated most reassuring calmness and composure when we've had the odd "oops". Five stars not really an adequate rating....
