Traditional "Criollo" restaurant, probably the best in town. Decorations like old hacienda. Very recommended. Expensive.

Food was fantastic. Best Peruvian cuisine I have come across yet. Lomo Saltado and ahi de gallina were delicious. Tres leches was to die for.
