I had my first diving experience here. I love the view. The instructor was very good. All the staff we're friendly. All in all great experience. I definitely recommend this shop.

Helmet diving is what I love in this water adventure site. All of their crew is is highly trained and professional. It is located inside Shangri-las Mactan hotel so expect to receive a high quality service. There are different crews for different nationalities so language and communication is not an issue. I highly recommend this place! 👍👍👍

12-Mar-16 Took my daughter there for the discover scuba diving... We arrived on the hoof and were later than the normal 1pm time for the course but they were very helpful and fitted us in. Very professionally run dive center and excellent staff... The Welsh dive instructor (i missed his name !!!) took my daughter (20) through the discover diving part 1 in the pool with with no problems and I accompanied them for the dive in the sea part and all went brilliant.... Definitely will take my daughter back to do the open water if we visit Cebu again.. And would definitely recommend "Scotty's" to any one who wants to start diving

I went diving with Scotty's Dive Center on would highly recommend it to anyone considering diving on Cebu. I'm a dive master with 200+ dives and seen my share of dive operations. Scotty's is top notch.
Pros:
Excellent Communication - Scotty's was quick to respond to my emails regards dive dates, types of dives, pricing, etc. I'm a planner and like knowing the details ahead of time.
Dive Site Selection - The three dive sites chosen were excellent (Kontiki, Shangri La Reserve, and Talima).
Boats - Scotty's uses power boats to get around. This means that you get your dive site quickly.
Dive Master - The dive team was excellent. Kenneth was my DM for the day and made my life easy. He assisted with tank changes, brought me fresh towels, and cold water between dives. Kenneth and I were the only ones diving all day.
Tech - If you're into tech diving (which I'm not), Scotty's is set up to assist. There was a GUE group doing dives with Scotty's. They also offer Nitrox.
Gear - Their gear is well maintained and clean, with an assortment of sizes.
Cons:
Shangri La - I was not a guest at the Shangri La. As such, in between dives I was confined to the the dive shop and the pool bar.
