Beware of scams from the waitresses! It is a shame that I have to worry about this any time I visit because it can be a fun place to hang out at. Waitresses often ask you if you want to buy a drink for your female companion if you have one, if you say yes, you will be charged an inflated "lady drink" price even though she is a customer, not a worker for the bar. Other times, your bill will have prices on them that are higher than what is printed on the menu. When you play pool, you are charged double the price if your game is over 7 minutes long, haha.....this rule is actually posted on the wall but it is really chintzy and cheeky.

The Manila Bar is a must-see when it is still open 24/24, especially for those who want the female company, on the first floor there are groups that perform the restaurant serves a very varied and affordable cuisine. good quality overall, but not for its food this establishment is known .. Security is well assured and the staff is friendly but particularly slow, people in a hurry to refrain.
Excellent place entirely reserved for unaccompanied gentlemen 😉

Been coming here for 20 years. It a popular pick up joint but food and drinks are inexpensive and good. Bands upstairs are good. Lots of pool tables and sports are available every where.

Went in abt 630pm, the place wasn't so busy, sat in 3 different locations with money out waiting 30 mins for a waitress to get me a beer, no service, went to the bar, uncrowded, still no service just blank looks, after about 35 minutes left still no service.... obviously the management need to get new staff if they want to do proper business...hmmmm....don't go there...!

Fun place, good atmosphere with fun staff. Of course the customers are mostly freelance hookers and men hunting them. Nevertheless, it is a good place to just hang out and play some billiards or go upstairs in the evening for live band. Only negative is the area... very dangerous for the solo tourist or anyone who has had too much to drink.
