The location is great it you go to Robinson Shopping Mall 5 min. on foot the room is clean and nice and the staff is great

The rooms were clean and big. Very accesiblento malls and restaurants.

Was originally overcharged, but, received a refund 30 mins later, after questioning the amount. Additionally, reception never informed us there would not be any hot water to take a shower in the morning, due to maintenance. Then, acting like it was no big deal... Very misleading, when a guest is not told prior to paying... I do not recommend a hotel which practices this type dishonesty... Lastly, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable..!

My partner and I stayed here three times during our month long trip to the Philippines. The location was absolutely perfect for us; close to the mall and our family. The hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing and genuinely cared about our concerns. The gentlemen that were stationed outside recorded the specifics of our transportation methods which made us feel safe, along with 24 hr security of the building. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was great. We will be staying here on all future trips to Manila!
