A fabulous hotel in a great location with fantastic facilities and excellent service. My wife and I think this is the best hotel in Funchal and we keep going back 20 out of 10!!!

I love it here, that is why Clare and me come back each year. This is a 5* Hotel and lives up to that standard. All the staff are so accommodating, friendly and helpful. We haven't eaten in Michelin star restaurant yet, maybe next year, but all the food we have eaten here was excellent! Not a place if you want a beach, you drop directly into the Ocean.

Beautiful spa hotel, lovely staff. Very upscale in every way. Wish I had the chance to spend more time at the hotel!! Went for a facial and massage and it was absolutely brilliant- a well needed relax.
