The best meal we had on the island! The hotel is beautiful!!! The landscape, hotel, and atmosphere was lovely! We had dinner at parallel 23 outside overlooking their terrace to the hotel court. It was spectacular!! The server/ service was very nice and tentative. Food was very well seasoned with creative twist to local dishes. It was a magical night!! Definitely recommend!!

This is only for their dessert. The date and toffee pudding with sea salt caramel ice-cream was fantastic!
