A restaurant of Atlas Deluxe hotel. At the beginning of XX century it used to be a place where Lviv mathematicians, including Stephan Banakh, met at coffee. Now it has been redesigned into a nice restaurant.
In addition to a variety of delicious meals and wines, a specialty here is raw meat serverd at a heated stone brick letting visitors to cook it for themselves to whatever level they want and eat "fresh and hot".
The staff speaks English and Polish.
Pluses: great meals, a cosy place.
Minuses: somewhat high prices.

The food is consistently and reliably excellent at extraordinarily fair pricing. I recommend Szkocka for lunch, dinner, or even just drinks. I've never had breakfast there.
