Favourite place in Brighton! Brilliant Buddhism,Meditation and Yoga, Tai-chi,dance, Arts events in the Brighton Festival and a lovely community of people who attend regularly to study and practice Buddhism, Meditation and Yoga!
How lucky we are to have it in the centre of Brighton! so close to everything yet so peaceful!
