In the last 2 years I have had 2 shoulder operations. James has been there every step of the way to help me recover and build a more solid shoulder.

James is a great physio and an great person too.

I first visited James when i had a bad back and for several years he kept me on my feet and at work. But unfortunately I then had to have spinal surgery and after 6 weeks in bed I relied on James to get me mobile.

I found that James was very professional and his knowledge of the human skeleton and mussel are second to none.

I would like to say thank you James for giving me a better quality of life
I have no hesitation in referring James to all my friends and colleagues

Fantastic, professional service with great results. James was friendly, flexible and person focused. Having had my injury for two years I was pessimistic about what I might achieve from the sessions, but the improvement was brilliant. James was transparent about what I might expect to achieve from the sessions and how much it might cost from the outset. As a qualified physio I'd highly recommend Physioelite!

I have now had several sessions with James because of an arm injury on holiday.

James and his staff are both friendly and professional. The practice seems efficient and well organised.

James put me through a thorough diagnostic which pinpointed several areas to look at. He has used a wide range of tools and techniques to work on my arm. When the first approach did not give as much benefit as expected, James thought about the problem and tried something different. My arm is now far better than it was and well on the road to recovery.

I am very happy to recommend Physioelite.

So, today I 'did my back in' so badly, I could neither sit down or get up out of a chair. It was agony. The doctor prescribed a substantial amount of painkillers and suggested 'there's not much you can do, just keep moving'.

I called James from Physio Elite and managed to get a last-minute appointment. Honestly, I had to fight through gritted teeth to walk into the clinic but within 50 minutes of treatment, I was able to get out of a chair probably 80% easier when I left.

I have some treatment still to go as it isn't simply a one-off fix but this was all well explained and James' approach is second to none.

Highly recommended.
