Food was good and service was quite fast. Unfortunately we were sat near a group of young children who liked to scream louder than each other...

Went back again, October 2017. We were sat inbetween the only 2 couples in the room so three couples in a row, the rest of the room was empty....we were also under a bright light with really low music so could hear everyone's conversation...so we asked to move. The waitress was nice and chatty and food still ok but nothing amazing. Knife was blunt and glasses were dirty.
They could do with paying more attention to the little things. Add some low lighting to improve the atmosphere.

Sometimes come here for special occasions as my family likes it. Personally I think the standard of food could be higher for the prices. Lovely surroundings and friendly staff.

Very loud & busy at weekends. Country feel, friendly staff, good food selection.
Rooms large and comfortable. A few more sachets of tea etc and bathroom toiletries wouldn't go a miss.
All in all a very pleasant stay.

I stayed here for several days with work. The rooms were cosy and had nice views but we found it extremely hot, cracked a window and it was ice cold. The alcohol selection was very good and the food was very very good. Huge selection and large portions, can't complain at all. Breakfast was also good sized and offered all the additional continental options.
If your visiting here, I highly recommend visiting their website as they have money off vouchers available.
