Came in for a quick bite with my son. Had beef nachos and potato skins, and virgin colada mocktails. Everything was lovely. Very pleasant staff too.

Used to love it until yesterday waited 1 hour for breakfast was only 10 people there in total food was cold and soggy by time it came and had a massive pube in it, waitresses are nice,

Was a poor experience. 30 mins to get drinks and it was only Pepsi. The food was poor. There seemed to be 3 waiters with only one poor guy who did all the work. Never again

This was a second chance that we were giving the restaurant after a terrible experience of poor service previously.
There seems to be a real issue with lack of staff. For a Friday late afternoon I would expect more than one server. We sat for 15 mins without being acknowledged by the server. We left at this point down to our previous experience. Issues like not having food on the menu but not advising until 20 mins later. Taking half an hour to serve drinks. Not serving a person at the table a soft drink because they were making a cocktail. Food being cold to name a few.
We went next door to tgi's, had a lovely dinner with great service.

Very pleasant friendly service from all staff. Had ordered chilli which was unexpectedly very spicy. The staff member saw my initial shock and offered me a replacement meal without me even asking. Well done. Perfect customer service from start to finish!
