Way above average takeaway but under one condition. Do yourself a favour and order from the bbq section at the back. So you can get braised aubergines and proper bbq pork and duck. Otherwise the normal sections are just run of the mill English style Chinese food. The home cooked section is actually like food I've eaten in China at peoples homes in other words loads of flavor and very nice.
