I really love the place. People are so helpful and friendly there. I love their soaps and bath bombs.
Although must say that noticed the amount of colour chemicals they add to their products is a bit off putting.

Great place for really upmarket cosmetics. Expensive but their stuff really does feel different and my sister has loved everything I have bought for her from Lush. Definitely a must try!

Had the comforter today, was amazing, highly recommend it. The girls are just lovely and make you feel at ease. Would definitely go back x

Super friendly staff that are genuinely interested in giving each customer the best experience. It was the first time I had seen a spa store - and the Lush staff member gave a nice tour and explained all about the spa even though it was too late for us to make an appointment. The staff are super excited to share knowledge about each product and we're extremely helpful

My mother and I came to the lush spa as a treat for when she visited me from NY. My treatment was at 10.15 and her's wasn't until 12.15. The staff were very nice and let me mom stay downstairs in the spa and let her read. I was worried when I entered the store as it was a loud, high street store. But, once you walked downstairs into the spa, you would have no idea that the high street was just above. I don't want to spoil too much (and I never thought you could spoil a spa treatment, but you can here).
The store is one of the larger lush stores I have seen. There are a lot of products to choose from and the staff are very helpful. It is also very well lit and laid out. I highly recommend a visit to both the spa and the store.
