Horrible experience my parcel is gone forever, as the driver not only did not knock on my door to "check " if i am in (as i was in!!!!!) but also left the parcel in common view outside a neighbour s door! I had also left instructions about where my "safe place " was, it was INSIDE A CLOSET ...the parcel was left facing the street and was stolen! this company does not deserve the right to deliver people s things , i will not stop until i get compensation. this was something i loved and ordered online and was the last one in stock. Thanks for the bad awful service.

Absolutely atrocious company. Never once had a good experience with them. Several bad experiences followed up by extremely poor customer support on all occasions. Don't use DPD if you can avoid it!

The worst delivery service I have ever dealt with. 2 items had the same issue. Waited in all day for 2 different items in 2 different days. ALL DAY which I took off of work. Same excuse, misplaced in warehouse. When delivered they did not wait for me to answer the door but left at entrance. The worst company. When using this through Amazon again will not wait in for them.

We bought few new products for our home on amazon, the delivery got lost, we called them and we've been told they couldn't find our parcel, it took about 5 extra days to receive our things.
The week after we ordered something else on amazon, and unfortunately they used this same delivery company, the delivery was scheduled for today, we've been ALL DAY LONG at home and then found out the delivery man declared we were not at home around 1pm. A massive lie, probably cause he went somewhere to enjoy himself instead than working.
Finally they managed to contact him and deliver our product.
DO NOT use this company, they're NOT professional, they messed up our address and they make you lose time.
The drivers are lazy and useless, they're unfriendly and very slow (mentality slow)
