Very rude person Mr Alex D. Please don't go to this place. I 've got a voucher from Groupon and as soon as him and his colleague realized it is a voucher due to couple of minutes I got there late, they refused to do the treatment for me. Sorry for you Alex D. I lost my voucher but thank God I haven't lost my humanity yet. I'm sure you are making money from this way quite a lot !!! I read other people reviews, quite the same stories !!!

I've been going to Dr. Sarah for a while now and she is the best of the best. She really takes time to listen to you to be able to give you the best result as possible. I've been trying many clinics that is more expensive and supposed to be the "It" place to go to, but they've all disappointed me, because they didn't take the time to really listen to what kind of result I wanted to achieve. So I recommend this place to everyone, it's truly the best! Also, the receptionist Alex is one of the most professional and politest receptionist that I've come across!

I've had a full head of blonde highlights for the last 10 years, and always get my hair done at around 8-12 week intervals. When I turned up to my appointment, the hairdresser was abrupt and rude and said I didn't have enough regrowth for her to dye my hair. There was 10 weeks of regrowth, it was hideous. She stood there saying she won't do it, no further recommendations, it was only when I asked questions that she was prompted with further information about why she can't do it and how long I should wait until I come back. The atmosphere in the salon was really uncomfortable. To top it off, I then had to ask for the prepayment back and wait a week for that. Thanks for making me have massive regrowth on my holidays because your staff member was too lazy to do my hair.

Very happy with all elements of the service. My highlights, cut and wax were great. The staff were all extremely welcoming and friendly. The hairdresser really listened to what I wanted.
