Amazing gym that give you a true 1 to 1 personal training session. Andy is extremely knowledgeable about all areas of fitness but also rehab so you can workout and have those aches and niggling injuries sorted at the same time

Pro Balance is a gorgeous little gem on a little side-road near Manchester's St Peter's Square. Andy is an awesome, friendly guy who pushes you to your limit without falling into the category of torture master. A lovely gym!
