Pretty dang good authentic Mexican food. I definitely recommend eating here. There's a little store associated with the truck that you can do in. It has a lot of Mexican candies and other goods you can purchase.
The inside has tables you can eat at if you so desire.
I've always called ahead so I'm not sure what the wait time is like but that is something you have to consider going anywhere in Burley.
