Was a patient and after what I saw and heard today...never again. The man is a Sadist, no compassion and without caring for the people that come to him. He treats his patients as numbers and not human. He does not know what his office staff does and very rude to patients and his employees. Do Not Go to this man... I think it's time for Dr. Kleinman to retire!
