The Annual Greek Festival at St. Demetrios Church is one of the best events in Daytona Beach. The Riverfront Center becomes a bazaar of food vendors, surrounding a performance stage where children perform traditional Greek dances. So many volunteers make the experience truly special, and the rich cultural heritage expressed through food, music, and dance is something to see. We go back every year. The main catch is the parking, but if you're patient and maybe a little lucky/blessed, you can get a spot right by the church. Otherwise it's hit or miss to find something in the neighborhood.
