As stated in another feedback, very dirty facility. I go often to immerse and dtour, dtour spa and Jacuzzi are spotless. Last time I went to immerse the steam room smelled like WET NASTY MOP. I will never go here again.

Visited yesterday, disappointed in how smoky the lobby area of the spa is. Apparently the ventilation system is not filtering the casino smoke....made for a not so great first time in the spa and not so great exit. Massage was good, poolside meal was marginal. Expected better from this "5 star" spa

During the middle of my massage, another masseur came into the room and said we needed to switch rooms for another client. The guy massaging me then asked me to switch rooms. No one apologized or did anything to make up for it. It completely ruined the massage for me.

I regularly use the facilities. I have enjoyed all of my services very much. However, the cleanliness of the wet sauna and the jacuzzi is typically sub-par. I have visited other MLife spas and was more significantly impressed by Mandalay Bay, and The Mirage. It's a fine place for a massage, facial, or pedicure. But if you want well kept facilities, you'd probably be better off going to Las Vegas.
