I'm terrified of all dental procedures. Dr. Smith and his staff have been extremely kind and calm with me at each visit, fully explain everything they're about to do in detail, including what to expect (sights, sounds, smells, tastes), and were extremely careful. They let me listen to music on my headphones to drown out sounds and used enough medications to ensure that I felt zero pain. I was convinced I would need sedation to get through a root canal, but I did fine without it. I would recommend Dr. Smith, especially to patients that have anxiety with dental procedures.

I got great service from Dr. Smith and his staff. They walked me through exactly what the procedure would be before it happened. They are courteous and kind. I get to go back to finish the procedure!

Dr. Christopher D. Smith was very insensitive to my dental needs and spoke rudely and uncaring to me.
