Sooo many liberals screeching 'your a white male' here. Terrible discrimination on behalf of the BLM mob.

I recently graduated with an AS transfer degree and these last two years have been absolutely amazing! This school is one of the best I've been to. All the teachers I've had are experienced and very knowledgeable in their respective fields. It's easy to get financial aid or get one of the many scholarships offered by the school. If you join one of the many student government clubs they give you a chunk of change to work on whatever extracurricular projects or go on whatever outings you may fancy. Lastly, they partner with several universities which means I can "transfer" and finish my four year degree right here.

I think if I had to give any constructive criticism it would be to improve the efficiency of the admin offices. It took literally a week to get enrolled and any task requires being passed around between people at least twice. Granted it's gotten better in the time I've been there (getting a parking permit no longer means a hike across campus!), however I recommend consolidating the cashier and admissions front end into one.

All in all, it's been a great two years and I look forward to starting at WSU on your campus this fall.

If you like being misdirected and running in circles all day whenever you show up to do a simple task, COME TO OLYMPIC COLLEGE! Trying to apply as a new student, no one knows the process at this school! Trying to get a parking pass, the staff threatened me with a fine for not having a student ID... NO employee in any other department knows about students needing that...and threatening me with a fine, shove it! One person says you need to take a student orientation class and it's required, then I'm corrected when I get there saying I don't need to take it. I'm told I don't need to see an adviser by the student advising office, then later receive a phone call stating that I must see an adviser. So, I make an appointment and the adviser calls me asking me why I requested an appointment and saying I don't need to see anyone. I show up to fill out financial aid forms because I got an email to do that and they tell me it's a waste of time to fill it out because they already knew that I don't qualify. The point is, the staff here has no idea how to admit students and every person there has a different answer to the same question. I'd rather drive across the narrows, pay the toll, pay to park, and pay twice the price just to never have to speak to the morons at Olympic College!

The financial aid office is a disaster. I've been waiting 3 quarters to get my loan disbursed to me so I have had to pay out of pocket. I'm going to have to drop out at the end of this quarter because they won't give it to me in time to pay for next quarter and I have no more money. Unless you are able to pay out of pocket, this school will set you up to fail. It's been a miserable process and I can barely feed myself with the little money I have left and I've had to get a second job. Any time I try to contact the department they never answer. It feels like I am being punished for trying to learn, and I am running out of reasons to keep trying.
