What a complete joke of a bank. I am new to the Raleigh area and I was in need of a cash advance on my debit card. I was denied service through this establishment because I did not have an account. When I asked if they can merely run my card so I can withdraw money they declined with quite an attitude.

Please save yourself some trouble and drive .5 miles down the road and visit the BB&T at Duraleigh Rd and Blue Ridge. They bent over backwards and helped me.

I went there 2 times. It was very clean. The staff (tellers) were very friendly and helpful. When I asked a lady for brand new US bills as souvenir as I was returning to my home-country soon. She gathered all the 20+ bills(bank notes) as I requested and put them in a nice envelope for me! I was so thankful.
